The dataset Explorer is a central location inside of Dev Center which allows access to all the Corva data collections in a simple and easy user interface. The user can search all current datasets, see specific dataset details, and create a new dataset as needed.
How to access Dataset Explorer
- Go to Corva | Drilling Intelligence and login using your credentials. If you do not have credentials please contact Corva Help Desk by clicking the “Need Help?” icon on the login screen.
- After logging in you should see the screen below. navigate to the “ </>” icon on the top right menu of the screen. This is the Dev Center access point and will load up the Apps page.
- On the Apps page, navigate to the top menu and click “Dataset Explorer”.
- This is the main screen for the “dataset Explorer” section of dev center.
Dataset types
There are three main dataset types: Time-based, Depth-based, and reference based

Dataset Details
Search Function: Not Functioning
Schema Tab: Gives the user a list of all available keys and the structure of a complete record for the dataset.
Indexes: Lists of all data correlations allowing data to be translated between datasets.
Creating a new dataset
Creating a new dataset is as easy as clicking the “+ new dataset” icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
