How to Get Customer Support for Dev Center Development
We have done our best to build a solid documentation library Here in the Corva Community, but we understand that users may run into some unexpected situations when working. If the documentation section is unable to resolve your blocker issue, please create a post in the “Get Help” section of the community.
Tips for a quick response:
- Make sure to describe your issue in detail. Here are some good questions to answer in your post:
- What are you trying to do?
- Where are you trying to do it?
- What have you tried to date?
- Backend (BE) or Frontend (FE)?
- What language are you using?
-
Include screenshots to help our team get as much context as possible into your problem. The more the merrier.
-
When one of our subject experts replies with a question, make sure to respond as needed. It may take a bit more understanding of the problem to find the solution.
-
Make sure to follow your thread after it is created to get notifications of responses.
-
After a solution that you have tested has been posted, please flag that answer as the “solution” for others.
-
Make sure to cover, or redact any company or proprietary information in any post text, or screen shots. This is a public community.
Rules of the community:
- Please review the community guidelines and always be courteous of others. We are here to help not argue. See this section for the community guidelines.
